GHANA: Swire Energy, Cox & Young Resources Partner to Supply of Offshore Containers & Supplementary Services
Global energy services provider, Swire Energy Services (SES) has entered into a strategic partnership with Cox and Young Resources (CYR). The multi-year agreement will focus on the supply of offshore containers and supplementary services to support the developing energy market in Ghana.
Under the partnership, CYR will offer the full range of SES DNV 2/7-1 certified offshore cargo carrying units to the market including containers, baskets, waste skips and tanks. In addition, CYR will now offer a wider range of SES’ services including aviation, engineering and lifting services. All in support of drilling and production operations for the oil & gas industry in Ghana.
Commenting on the new partnership, Ini Ikang, General Manager Sub-Saharan Africa at Swire Energy Services said: “We are looking forward to supporting the developing energy market in Ghana and the wider West Africa region with our well-regarded partners, Cox and Young Resources”.
